Processing Time

In-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Pre-Order Items

Please note that pre-order items have a longer turnaround time than in-stock merchandise. Estimated shipping timeframes for pre-order items will be listed in the product description when available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

BK's Southern Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. BK's Southern Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
